12-week course for BRONZE DofE requirement.
6 x 1-hour sessions taught under guidance and 6-weeks self-managed (home cookery tasks must be photographed and documented).
*Cost is £145 per person to be paid in full before first session

CookCamp is fully insured, carries food hygiene level 2 certification and is registered with Herts County Council. Courses are taught by Danine Irwin who is a nutritionist, previous Masterchef contestant and teaches cookery and food hygiene as a life skill to young people across schools and youth groups throughout NW London and Hertfordshire.
Danine is PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) qualified and a St Johns Ambulance first aider; Danine is also a graduate BA (Hons) degree in Working with Children and Young People and Spanish.
